5 Minutes CASE #24: <br /> <br />APPROVE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF GROUP W CABLE, INC. <br /> By: Dave Hartley, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Group W Cable, Inc. is requesting authorization of the City of Ramsey through <br />Group W Cable of the Quad Cities, Inc. to approve a transfer of ownership and <br />control of Group W Cable, Inc. to North Central Cable Communications <br />Corporation. <br /> <br />The Quad Cities Cable Communications Commission has undertaken an analysis of <br />the legal, technical, and financial qualifications of North Central Cable <br />Communications Corporation in such a transaction.
