CHARTER COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA CCUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission was held on Thursday, March <br />14, 1985 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Sieber, Chairman <br />Mr. Stan Data <br />Ms. Brenda Bauerkemper <br />Mr. John Lichter <br />Mr. Tom Greenberg <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Heitman <br />Mr. Tom Gamec <br />Mr. Roger Buchanan <br />Mr. Curt Titterud <br /> <br />Chairman Sieber called the meeting to order at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Darryl Fults - Member of Economic Development Commission - Mr. Fults stated <br />that at the last EDC meeting it was recommended that EDC members att~npt to <br />attend Charter Commission meetings for the purpose of better communications. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OE CHARTER COMMISSION MEETING MINU/~ES <br /> <br />1. Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to <br />approve Charter Commission meeting minutes dated November 8, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Sieber, Commissioners Data, <br />Bauerkemper, Lichter and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br />Gamec, Heitman, Buchanan and Titterud. <br /> <br />2. Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to <br />approve Charter Commission meeting minutes dated February 27, 1985. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Sieber, Commissioners Data, Lichter, <br />Bauerkemper and Greenberg. Voting No: None.
