Commissioner Buchanan suggested that Section 3.04, Subdivision 2 be <br />researched by the Commission Attorney for it's legallity. Chairman <br />Heitman stated that he would contact Mr. Dorn regarding this issue. <br /> <br />Commission agreed to utilize Mounds View's Chapter 3, Section 3.05 as <br />a core model for the charter. Discussion ensued regarding adoption of <br />ordinances addressed in this section. It was noted that there was a <br />discrepancy regarding the number of days that must elapse during <br />ordinance adoption in all of the sample charters available and Chairman <br />Heitman requested the Commission Secretary to research this matter. <br /> <br />Commission agreed to utilize Mounds View's Chapter 3, Section 3.06 as <br />a core model for the charter. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Lichter and seconded by Commissioner Sieber to adjourn <br />this meeting of the Ramsey Charter Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Greenberg, <br />Sieber, Buchanan, Bauerkemper, Lichter, Data and Gamec.
