Chairman Heitman called for a roll call vote to Commissioner Sieber's motion <br />to proceed with the writing of a charter. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gamec - Aye <br />Commissioner Data - Aye <br />Commissioner Greenberg - Aye <br />Commissioner Sieber - Aye <br />Commissioner Buchanan - Aye <br />Chairman Heitman - Aye <br />Commissioner Bauerkemper - Aye <br />Commissioner Lichter - Aye <br />Commissioner Titterud - Absent <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Commissioner Bauerkemper noted that in order to comply with the open meeting <br />law, City Staff was requested to put up a notice regarding the Ramsey Charter <br />Commission Public Opinion Committee attending the last meeting of the Ramsey <br />Coalition and this request was not carried out. Commissioner Gamec stated <br />he would discuss the matBer with City Staff. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Buchanan and seconded by Commissioner Lichter that <br />the Charter Commission adopt a policy that anytime during the drafting and <br />writing of the charter, the Ramsey Charter Commission will be open to public <br />input as much as practical. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Gamec, Data, <br />Greenberg, Sieber, Buchanan, Bauerkemper and Lichter.
