b) <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that he has discussed the <br />matter with a hydrologist from U.S.G.S and that hydrologist <br />estimates draw down to be minimal from this well. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter stated that the hydrologist's report <br />should be included in the findings of fact. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that he will have his meeting <br />with the hydrologist documented and included in the findings <br />of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van Wagner to adopt Findings of Fact which shall include <br />a hydrologist report, on the River's Bend plat environmental <br />assessment worksheet. (Please refer to findings of fact file <br />or River's Bend file for Findings of Fact ). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers <br />Sorteberg, Reimann, Van Wagner. Voting No: None. Abstain: <br />Councilmember Schleuter (Councilmember Schlueter explained that <br />she will abstain until she sees the hydrologist report). <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter stated that she has a problem with <br />both of these projects that have come along (River's Bend and <br />Flintwood II) and no market studies be performed. <br /> <br />council consensus was to waive the reading of the proposed <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to adopt Resolution #84-127 making a negative declaration <br />on the River's Bend plat environmental assessment worksheet. <br />(Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-127. Voting No: Councilmember <br />Schlueter. <br /> <br />Re. ceiving Feasibility Report For Water, Sewer And Streets For <br />Ri~er"s Bend Plat - <br /> <br />Council consensus was to waive the reading of_the proposed_ <br />resolution. ~ <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to adopt Resolution #84-128 approving the City Engineer's <br />feasibility report for water, sewer, streets, etc. only, as <br />Resolution #84-107 ordered the plans and specifications, (Please <br />refer to resolution file for Resolution #84-128). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Schlueter stated that <br />Council just received copies of the feasbility report and <br />should have a chance to review it before approving it. <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the resolution is to receive the report, <br />not accept it.
