Mayor Gamec stated that permission has been obtained to use the <br />field adjoining City Hall property for parking facilities and the <br />Public Works Department should be sure and mow this area prior to <br />the celebration on August 25, 1984~ <br /> <br />Case #9: <br /> <br />Request For Authorization To Purchase Additional Computer <br />Budget Items: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann, for further discussion, to authorize the purchase of the <br />following items for the City computer: <br /> <br />Quad 384 board for IBM-XT - $690.00 <br />CDC 32MB packs for TI-990 - five of these at $182.00 each; total <br /> $910.00. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann inquired if these items <br />were included in the original computer budget. Mr. Schnelle stated <br />that these items were provided for but were not ordered until a <br />need was evident. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #10: <br /> <br />Request To Subdivide By Metes And Bounds Lot 8, Block 4, <br />Traprock Commons; Case Of Mr. David' Hauan: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to adopt the Findings of Fact 00 for Mr. David Hauan's <br />request to subdivide Lot 8, Block 4, Traprock Commons by metes and <br />bounds. (Please refer to findings of fact file for Findings of <br />Fact 00 ). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner, Voting No: None, <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Reimann to disapprove David Hauan's request to subdivide Lot 8, <br />Block 4, Traprock Commons by metes and bounds based on the findings <br />of fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes~ Mayor Gamec~ Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sorteberg~ Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None, <br /> <br />Case #11: <br /> <br />Request To Sub'diVide By Metes And BOUnds And Construct <br />~ Dwellin~i~'Case. Of Mr. Ben'jamin Kei'llor: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter inquired if Mr. Keillor must go to the <br />Metro Council for a variance to the density requirement in the <br />Comprehensive Plan and where does Mr. Keillor intend to place the <br />dwelling. <br /> <br />Mr, Berg replied that Mr. Keillor purchased the property prior to <br />the Comprehensive Plan being adopted and Mr. Keillor intend to <br />place the dwelling on the north side of the property, 171st Lane. <br /> <br />C/August 14, 1984 <br />Page 13 of 20 <br /> <br /> <br />
