registration numbers continue to remain relatively consistent with the exception of lacrosse, <br />which continues to grow. He stated that in the past ARAA received approval to construct two <br />batting cages at Alpine Park and noted that the project will be complete this spring and ready for <br />use. He reported that the baseball teams have begun fundraising with a goal of $50,000 for <br />upgrades to some of the fields at Central Park. He commended that ARAA continues to be a <br />great association for the City to work with. He reminded business owners and other associations <br />that there are still sponsorship opportunities available for the summer series at The Draw. <br />Chairperson Bennett thanked staff for the updates. He stated that the series at The Draw have <br />continued to grow in activity and attendance. He also thanked ARAA for all of their <br />contributions and to Mary Jo for her continued support. He reminded residents that the <br />Commission will meet at different parks in Ramsey during the summer months and encouraged <br />residents to provide input on a park they may want the Commission to visit. He advised that the <br />meeting locations will be printed in the Ramsey Resident. <br />Commissioner Mobry stated that he received positive feedback from a Coon Rapids resident in <br />regard to the high quality of the ice in Ramsey. <br />7.
