Absent: Councilmember
Reimann.

Councilmember Sorteberg referred to lighting at Central Park and stated
that he doesn't think the park is used enough to warrant $50,000 to light
two fields.

Mr. Schnelle stated that the Budget Committee has recommended that revenue
sharing be used for computer activity and dollars in the landfill trust
fund be used for Central Park. Lighting for Central Park would have to go
to bids and Council would have to approve the bid.

Mayor Gamec stated that the money in the landfill trust fund was
designated for park development; it looks like the landfill location is
unfeasible for park develo~ment and the property may eventually be cwned
by the County.
