PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />A public hearing regarding assessment.~ for 1984 Sealcoating <br />Projects 84-3, 84-4, 84-5, 84-6, 84-7, 84-8, 84-9, 84-10 and 84- <br />15, was held on Tuesday, September 25, 1984 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., iRamsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Gamec <br />Councilmember SueW~n Wagner <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />Larry Koshak of Hakanson/Anderson <br />City Building Official Clayton Berg <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Gary Reimann <br /> <br />C.~r,~', ~ ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />1. Project #84-3; White Pines Estates Sealcoating - <br /> <br />Material was available for review and there was no public <br />comment. <br /> <br />2. Project #84-4; Old County Road #5 Sealcoating - <br /> <br />Material was available for review and there was no public <br />comment. <br /> <br />3. Project #84-5; Whispering Pines Estates Plats 1 & 4 <br /> Sealcoating - <br /> <br />Material was available for review and there was no public <br />comment. <br /> <br />4. Project #84-6; Greenland Hills Sealcoating - <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Miller - 15220 Alpaca - Stated he was in favor of the <br />sealcoating project and inquired as to how he can pay his <br />assessment. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that persons have 30 days to pay their <br />assessments interest free and this can be done at City Hall <br />during business hours. <br /> <br /> <br />
