such contribution amount aggregating up to $2,867,698 pursuant to Section 4.1 and Section 4.2 <br />of the Master Fiber IRU Agreement. <br />County Maintenance Fee: $10,000/month payable when the County, or any permitted assignee <br />or transferee, places into operation any County Dark Fiber per Section 4 of the Master Fiber IRU <br />Agreement. CPI escalations will not be applied the County Maintenance Fee under this Service <br />Order. <br />Service Term of County Dark Fibers: <br />This Service Order shall be coterminous with the Master Fiber IRU Agreement. <br />Special Requirements: County shall be responsible for securing in an expeditious manner all <br />necessary rights to access, occupy, and conduct typical telecommunication operations within <br />each respective building, including but not limited to access agreements, easement, conduit/fiber <br />pathways, access fees, cross -connects beyond the Demarcation Points, coordination at any third <br />party owned location, and, where applicable, necessary space for ZAYO's fiber termination <br />panel. <br />Ratification: This Service Order requested by County shall be governed by the Master Fiber <br />IRU Agreement and shall form a single integrated agreement between ZAYO and County. <br />Except as specifically set forth in this Service Order, the Agreement is hereby ratified and <br />affirmed in all respects and all other terms, covenants and conditions of the Agreement shall <br />remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect. The definition of "Agreement" in <br />the Agreement is hereby amended to include this 'Service Order, Attachment 1, Attachment 2 and <br />Attachment 3, all attached hereto, are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this <br />Service Order. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF and in confirmation of their consent to the terms and <br />conditions contained in this Service Order #1 and intending to be legally bound hereby, ZAYO <br />and County have executed this Service Order #1 effective as of the date of execution by the last <br />Party. <br />Y OF ANOKA: Zayo Bandwidth, LLC: <br />/7 <br />Signature <br />Dennis D.
