Anoka County Attorney <br />TONY PALUMBO <br />Justice, Advocacy, y, i'< v rti lc.�l.i <br />January 6, 2015 <br />City of Ramsey <br />Re: Connectivity Services Agreement with Community Anchor Institution(s) for Broadband <br />Services at Co -Location Site(s) (CSA) <br />Dear Mr. Ulrich: <br />As you may recall, the City of Ramsey has executed an Agreement with the County of <br />Anoka to participate in the ConnectAnokaCounty Network. The term of this Agreement expires <br />on August 16, 2015 with three 5 year renewal terms upon written notice from both parties. The <br />written notice needs to be made no Tess than 180 days prior to termination (February 17, 2015). <br />The Agreement does not specify the form of the notification, but the County prefers a letter of <br />intent followed by a formal amendment. <br />The County does desire to renew the terms of the CSA with the City of Ramsey. In <br />anticipation of renewal, the County has drafted a contract Amendment to be executed if the City <br />concurs with renewing the Agreement. The draft Amendment is attached. <br />Current service levels will continue unless the City amends Addendum A to the <br />Agreement.
