Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-02-041 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2015 PAY EQUITY REPORT <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires submission of a pay equity <br />compliance report every three years; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is committed to ensuring that all jobs will be <br />evaluated and given points according to the level of knowledge and responsibility <br />required to do the job , and <br />WHEREAS, the computer evaluation shows that the City of Ramsey has passed <br />the 2015 pay equity compliance requirement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Approve the 2015 Pay Equity Compliance Report as required by the State of <br />Minnesota <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 10th day of February 2015. <br />
