Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #15-02-047 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR 2015 STREET SWEEPING <br />PROGRAM <br />WHEAREAS, an invitation for quotations were mailed to nine contractors; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for quotes published on January 30, 2015 and <br />February 6, 2015 for the 2015 Street Sweeping Program, quotes were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law; and <br />WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the quotes that were received: <br />Contractor Total Bid <br />Pearson Bros. Inc. $32,000.00 <br />WHEREAS, Pearson Bros. Inc.is the lowest responsible bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Pearson Bros.
