EXHIBIT A <br />Permanent Easement <br />A 20 foot easement for watermain purposes over, under and across properties located in South <br />Half of Section 22 Township 32 North, Range 25 West; OUTLOT C, ALPINE ADDITION; <br />PELTZER ADDITION in the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota lying 10 feet on either <br />side of the centerline described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2 PELTZER ADDITION the east <br />line of PELTZER ADDITION being the east line of the southwest quarter of said Section <br />22 has an assumed bearing of North 0° 34' 47" West; thence Northerly along said east <br />line a distance of 26.79 feet to the point of beginning of said easement; thence North <br />73° 27' 48" East a distance of 68.02 feet; thence North 0° 31' 16" West a distance of <br />26.85 feet; thence North 42° 48" 02" West a distance of 34.85', thence North 0° 15' 45" <br />East a distance of 234.14 feet and there terminating, the side lines of the easement being <br />prolonged or shortened to terminate on the north line of said OUTLOT C and the north <br />and east line of PELTZER ADDITION. <br />RESOLUTION #15-02-052 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
