The <br />purpose of this case is to introduce an ordinance to sell all surplus City owned land no longer needed for current or <br />future City functions. The total number of parcels available sale is thirty-five (35). These parcels are currently being <br />marketed by the City's real estate broker CBRE. These parcels are broken down into 18 different listings; which are <br />attached to this case for reference.
