Councilmember Schlueter inquired if the City is looking into having the zoning <br />ordinance comply with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied that Planning and Zoning is meeting November 28, 1984 to <br />discuss revising portions of the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />approve a density change to one unit/6.9 acres in the Rum River Hills P.U.D. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann <br />-aDd Van Wagner- ~ -~ Councilmember Schlueter. ~ ~-~v~Q~6 ,~x~~, J~= ~. ~ <br /> <br />Mr. Dorn stated that the final plat is ready to be presented to Council; that <br />the final plat and other miscellaneous items requiring Council attention could <br />take up to an hour to cover; developer's of Rum River Hills P.U.D. are willing <br />to pay for a special Council meeting or if Council desires, the case can be <br />placed on the regular Council agenda for December 11, 1984. <br /> <br />Council authorized Mr. Dorn to review the final plat with City Staff and place <br />final plat approval on the December 11, 1984 Council agenda. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the final plat could be presented to Planning and <br />Zoning at their regular meeting on December 4, 1984 for review. <br /> <br />Councilmember Reimann stated that if all the Rum River Hills P.U.D. final <br />plat items are not in order on December 11, 1984, he will not act on the case. <br /> <br />Adoption Of Ordinance #84-11 Regarding Off-Sale <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />dispense with the reading of City Ordinance #84-11 which is being submitted <br />for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Ordinance #84-11 an amendment to Capter 130.04 which is known as the non- <br />intoxicating liquor ordinance. It is directed that this ordinance be <br />published in the Anoka County Union.
