<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-04-096 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF A PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE <br />TRAIL EASEMENT FROM DISTINCTIVE LIVING RENTALS LLC ACROSS LOT 3, <br />RD <br />BLOCK 1 RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3 ADDITION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on February 13, 2015, Distinctive Living Rentals, LLC, submitted a <br />Building Permit application to the City of Ramsey for an eight (8) unit town-home to be <br />RD <br />constructed on Lot 3, Block 1, TOWN CENTER GARDENS 3 ADDITION; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> through the review of the Certificate of Survey submitted with the Building <br />Permit application and county property records, a trail encroachment across a portion of the rear <br />yard was identified without a properly recorded easement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> Distinctive Living Rentals, LLC, the owner of Lot 3, Block 1, TOWN <br />RD <br />CENTER GARDENS 3 ADDITION, has agreed to convey to the City of Ramsey a Pedestrian <br />and Bicycle Trail Easement to rectify this encroachment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1)That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the conveyance of a Pedestrian and <br />Bicycle Trail Easement from Distinctive Living Rentals, LLC over a portion of Lot 3, <br />RD <br />Block 1, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3 ADDITION <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
