While deeding this back was never included in the agreement which deeded the property to the City, the City Council meeting minutes of January 8, 1980 clearly in- dicate that it was the City's intention not to retain the unneeded right-of-way. ~ne County Engineer's office has reviewed this matter. ~heir letter, along with the following items, are included as enclo- sure (D2-w) for your consideration in this matter: a) County Engineer's letter dated December 17, 1984 City Council meeting minutes dated January 8, 1980 ~I Agreement with Ramsey Center Partnership dated January 10, 1980 d) Proposed resolution directing introduction of Ordinance ~84-21 e) Ordinance ~84-21 Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the above. Unanimous consensus of the Council is required to dispense with the reading of the proposed resolution.
