ORDINANCE ~84-21 Chapter 50.02 Sale of City Property CITY OF PAMSEY ANCKA COUNTY S~!¥1~ C~ MINNESOg~ AN ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of certain City owned property located in the City of Ramsey. ~e City of Ramsey Ordains: 50.02.1 Purpose It is the purpose of this Chapter to authorize the City to sell certain real property which property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. 50.02.2 Sale Authoriza~on The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as follows: All that part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Government Lot 6; thence South 0 degrees, 00 minutes, 17 seconds West along the West line 'n thereof (being the line connectl g said Northwest Corner of Government Lot 6 with a Judicial Landmark marking the Southwest Corner of the North- east Quarter of said Section 36) for 1321.96 feet, more or less, to the Southwest Corner of said Government Lot 6, being a point on the last des- cribed line; thence North 89 degrees, 55 minutes, 33 seconds East along the westerly extension of the monumented North line of the duly recorded plat of BROM ADDITION, said Anoka County, for 779.64 feet to a point on said North line of BROM ADDITION extended where the same intersects the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as now laid out and travelled; thence northwesterly along said centerline, being a non-tangential curve concave to the northeast, radius 5734.34 feet, for Ordinance ~84-21 Page 1 of 3
