Councilmembe r ~ <br />a. ption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> RESOLUTION ~84- ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FIVE (5) YEAR LONG ~ FINANCIAL PIAN FOR 1985 ~qRf~9 1989 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the five (5) year long term financial plan was submitted to <br />the Ramsey City Council on December 7, 1984 in accordance with Sections 7.05.01, <br />7.05.03 and 7.05.05 of the City fharter; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public hearing was held on the five (5) year long term <br />financial plan, as required in Section 7.05.01, by the City Council on December <br />11, 1984 and there were no con~ents received from the general public at the pub- <br />lic hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, at the December 11, 1984 meeting, stated <br />that they would take action on the long term financial plan at the adjourned <br />Council meeting of December 18, 1984. They further directed that the Council <br />Budget Committee review said doctx~ents and submit their comments to Council at <br />the above stated meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council Budget Committee and City Staff reviewed said <br />doc~ent on December 18, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council Budget Committed hereby submits the long term <br />financial plan to the City Council for adoption. ~he Budget Con~nittee made ver- <br />bal conment on said document at the Council meeting of December 18, 1984; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.05.01 of the City Charter requires that the long <br />term financial plan be adopted by Council resolution. <br /> <br />N(~ ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~E CITY COUNCIL OF ~I~E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, S~%TE OF MINNES021% as follows: <br /> <br />1) The five (5) year long term financial plan is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2) It is directed that copies be furnished to the following persons/ <br />offices: <br /> <br />Members of the City Council <br />City department heads <br />Anoka County Library <br />Anoka Senior High School Library <br />Evensen Dodge fiscal consultants <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 18th day of December, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
