ORDINANCE ~84-19 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> AN(]{A COUNTY <br /> S~TE OF MINNES09~ <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 170.01, WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING CHAPTER <br />OF ~E CITY CCDE OF BAMSEY, MINNES(Yl~. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 170.012 "ZONING MAP AND DISTRICTS" <br />CF (}IAPTER 170.01 OF ~E CITY CODE OF BAMSEY, MINNESO9~ <br /> ~e City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. ~ <br /> <br /> The following described <br /> Unit Develofment (PUD) <br /> <br />property is hereby zoned Planned <br /> <br />"Anderson" Parcels: <br />Part of Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, of the duly recorded plat <br />of White Pines Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota.
