ORDINANCE ~84-22 <br /> <br />~hapter 50.02 Sale of City Property <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANGKA OSUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNES09!~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE authorizing the sale of certain <br />located in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />City owned property <br /> <br />~he City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />50.02.1 Purpose <br /> It is the purpose of this Chapter to authorize the City to <br />sell certain real property the City Council has determined is no <br />longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter is <br />adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of <br />the City Charter. <br /> <br />50.02.2 Sale Authorization <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally <br />described real property owned by the City, as surplus property <br />and hereby authorizes its sale.
