Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION#15-05-128 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ON <br /> OUTLOTS A& E, SWEETBAY RIDGE <br /> WHEREAS,US Home Corporation d/b/a Lennar Homes, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Applicant", has properly applied for vacation of drainage and utility easements on the following <br /> described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> Outlots A & E, SWEETBAY RIDGE, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> (the "Subject Property") <br /> WHEREAS,on April 21, 2015, the City of Ramsey received an Easement Vacation <br /> application from the Applicant to allow for construction of the home in the proposed location. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> RAMSEY,ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation for the drainage and <br /> utility easement recorded as Document No. 129004 on the Subject Property. <br /> 2. That to ensure that adequate drainage and utility easements are replaced,the Easement <br /> Vacation does not become effective until the Plat entitled County Club Hills is properly <br /> recorded with Anoka County. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by the <br /> Councilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Shryock <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br />
