Each of these Commissioners are eligible to run another fu!l
four-year term and will be asked if they intend to do so, with the exception of
Commissioner Streetar.

Commissioner Stretar has indicated he cannot make the commitment at this time to serve
another four-year term, therefore creating a vacancy. There is also another vacancy to fill,
left by Commissioner Graen. Chairperson Steffen requested that the terms be kept
consistent so all vacancies should be adverfsed at the same time.

Observations:

Following the reappointment of the present members and appointment of new members,
the Charter will discuss reorganization of it's members.

Commission Action:

Motion to direct City Staff to advertise to fill
a term to expire May 12, 1997.

vacancies on the Charter Commission to

Copies distributed to:

City Administrator
Personnel Coordinator

Charter: 03/18/93
