<br />Councilmember LeTourneau introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #15-04-105 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON <br />LOTS 8 & 9, BLOCK 4 THE VILLAGES OF SUNFISH LAKE 2ND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> Shadow Ponds, LLC, hereinafter referred to as “Applicant”, has properly <br />applied for vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility easement on the following described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots 8 & 9, Block 4, THE VILLAGES OF SUNFISH LAKE 2ND ADDITION, except <br />road subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> (the “Subject Property”) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS <br />,on March 5, 2015, the City of Ramsey received an Easement Vacation application <br /> <br />from the Applicant to allow for construction of the home in the proposed location. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an easement vacation on the Subject Property as <br />legally described in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Strommen <br /> Councilmember LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Shyrock <br /> Councilmember Johns <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Williams <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
