Commission~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION g93-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Charles and Jan Hart have properly applied for a variance to construct an <br />accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property <br />generally known as 7230 153rd Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The West 225 feet of the East 650 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (except the North 1030 <br />feet thereof, said distance being measured parallel with the north and east lines of said <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, (subject to and together with an easement over <br />the south 66 feet of the North 1063 feet of the East 650 feet of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, said distance being measured <br />parallel with the East and West lines of said Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter. <br />("Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 27, 1993 and conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted Findings of Fact # .... <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />A variance to construct a 32' x 32' accessory structure nearer the front property line than <br />the principal structure on the subject property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br />than sixty (60) feet to the front property line. <br /> <br />The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />consmaction of the accessory smacture. <br /> <br />The accessory garage shall be constructed in accordance w/th Section 9.11.02 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. <br /> <br />The property owner shall be responsible for ail City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
