Commission~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: PROPOSED RESOLUTION g93-05- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE WHEREAS, Charles and Jan Hart have properly applied for a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 7230 153rd Lane N.W. and legally described as follows: The West 225 feet of the East 650 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (except the North 1030 feet thereof, said distance being measured parallel with the north and east lines of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, (subject to and together with an easement over the south 66 feet of the North 1063 feet of the East 650 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, said distance being measured parallel with the East and West lines of said Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter. ("Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on May 27, 1993 and conducted the public hearing and adopted Findings of Fact # .... NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: A variance to construct a 32' x 32' accessory structure nearer the front property line than the principal structure on the subject property is hereby granted. The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than sixty (60) feet to the front property line. The property owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any consmaction of the accessory smacture. The accessory garage shall be constructed in accordance w/th Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure. The property owner shall be responsible for ail City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent:
