11. That if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicant any special privilege that is <br /> denied to other owners of lands, stmcttwes or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />12. That if granted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br /> Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the R-1 Rural Residential Diswict. <br /> <br />13. That if granted, the variance will/will not substantially increase the congestion of public <br /> streets, or increase the danger of fire, or endanger the public safety, or substantially impair <br /> property values within the neighborhood. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />19th day of August, 1993. <br /> <br />ATI'EST: <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />// <br /> <br /> <br />
