The prop. erty owner shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any <br />constructton. The residential structure and any accessory buildings constructed shall <br />adhere to rural residential setback requirements, measured from the west line of Osmium <br />Street N.W. right-of-way as if Osmium Street N.W. were extended straight north into the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />The property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the <br />19th day of August, 1993. <br /> <br />Lynn A.
