Commissioner <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #93-10- <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN <br /> THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON LOT 4, <br /> BOWERS MISSISSIPPI ACRES <br /> <br />On October 21, 1993, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from Section 9.11.02 of <br />the Ramsey City Code to permit Mr. Gar3, D. Iv'filler to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14810 Bowers <br />Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Bowers Mississippi Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The terms of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />The accessory structure constructed on the subject property shall not be located any <br />closer than one hundred fifty (150) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />The accessory structure shall be constructed of materials similar in appearance to <br />that of the principal structure on the property. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />No other structures or adddtions shall be constructed in the reduced front yard <br />setback unless the property owner applies for and is granted a variance for same. <br /> <br />That the property owner shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary D.
