They allow an officer to dc, anything a dispatc~e~ ~an <br /> <br />records, warrants, vehicle registration and stolen status, <br />article stolen status without using the dispatcher. These <br />usually take up to 5 minutes and on busy weekends can take up f., <br />20 minutes trite, ugh the dispatcher. Other agencies tha~ have the MDT's are: Sta~e Pa~roi. <br />Ramsey County and St Cloud PD.
