How much impact will the elimination of a Trunk Highway route extending north of Trunk Highway #10 have on Mn/DOT's support of the crossing itself?. How will the public hearing be noticed? Should any specific area be individually notified (It was requested by one member of the Planning and Zoning Commission that Ramsey Boulevard residents be notified)? What about Armstrong Boulevard or existing Trunk Highway #47?
