From and <br />after the date of the City's execution of this Settlement <br />Agreement, WMMI shall make no further deduction from the <br />monthly payments pursuant to the Agreement for any tax, <br />fee or surcharge imposed as financial assurance <br />specifically for closure or post-closure. In addition, <br />WMMI shall reimburse to the City upon the City's <br />execution of this Settlement Agreement an amount equal <br />to the amount deducted from the monthly payment to the <br />City pursuant to the Agreement as a tax, fee or surcharge <br />imposed as financial assurance specifically for closure <br />or post-closure from January 1, 1992, through the date <br />Of the City's execution of this Settlement Agreement <br />together with interest thereon at the annual rate of' <br />eight percent (8%) compound interest per annum thereon <br /> <br />calculated for each payment from the date that each <br />payment was payable pursuant to the Agreement through <br />January 31, 1993.
