This Settlement Agreement supersedes <br /> any prior oral or written agreement between the parties <br /> and, together with the CUP identified in Paragraph 5 <br /> hereof as herein amended, ant the Agreement as herein <br /> amended, constitutes the entire understanding of the <br /> parties with respect to the matters herein set forth. <br /> <br /> 15. Headings. The headings preceding each paragraph of this <br /> Agreement are for ease of reference only and shall not <br /> be referred to or used to interpret the substance of any <br /> of the terms or provisions hereof. <br /> <br /> 16. Governing Law. This Settlement Agreement shall be <br /> construed, performed and enforced in accordance with <br /> Minnesota Law. <br /> <br /> 17. Bindinq.
