If payments received by Hadtrath exceed the total compensation, the City shall <br />request Hadtrath to perform additional Risk Management services, other than the <br />placement of Insurance, equal in value to such excess. If, however, the City does <br />not request such additional services, then Hadtrath shall remit such excess to the <br />City, and this total compensation provision is hereby incorporated in any Insurance <br />placed by Hadu'ath on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />D. Invoice <br /> <br />For the service specified, Hadtrath shall be entitled to total compensation as <br />specified above and as billed. <br /> <br />V. performance <br /> <br />The City agrees to make available to Hadtrath all necessary financial and operating <br />data essential to the performance of services described in Article III. The City shall <br />provide access to its premises and properties and such written authofizaton as shall <br />be required by rating bureaus, Insurance companies or similar organizations. The <br />City agrees to appoint Hadtrath Agent of Record or Broker of Record for all <br />Insurance Companies marketing products through the Agency System. <br /> <br /> <br />
