Projects must be included in the metropolitan and <br />state TIP before federal funds can be obligated. <br /> <br />The MnDOT District State Aid Engineer in >,our area is Elmer Morris, telephone <br />612-779-1 I73. Please contact this individual immediately to arrange for a meeting to <br />discuss exactly how to proceed to process your Enhancemenl project. Because of the <br />stringent timing requirements of the Enhancement projects, it is imperative that processing <br />requirements be identified and completed as quickly as possible. <br /> <br />Congratulations on the selection of your project for Enhancement funding.
