Recommend housing concept: unit mix, sizes, rents, design features, <br /> amen/ties and locations. <br /> Project unit absorption. <br /> Report preparation. <br /> One Client meeting to discuss results of study (draft review or final presenta- <br /> tion). <br /> <br />Cost: $1,600.00 <br /> <br />Total Cost for Staff Time for Market Feasibility Stud),: <br /> <br />$5,600.00 <br /> <br />COST OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The work outlined in the Scope of Serdces will be performed for Five Thousand Six <br />Hundred Dollars ($5,600.00), plus $400.00 for the direct costs incurred for travel, <br />telephone, graphic preparation, data purchases and photocopying. Any meeting time <br />requested by the Client beyond that set forth in the accompanying task outline will be <br />billed at our normal hourly rates for staff time. <br /> <br /> <br />
