Because of the present limited customer base, it is proposed that the well be funded out of existing and future Tax Increment revenues, but that if the storage tank can be delayed until 1998, that expenditure be funded out of connection and user charges. The project construction cost is estimated at $14,800 and the total project cost including overhead is estimated to be $19,200. prgject X.qlti: ~ County Road #5 1996 $ 19,200 - Assmt / Trunk Fund $19,200 Storm Sewer System Huseby Storm Sewer Project This project would take drainage from the north side of Highway #10, west of Ramsey Boulevard N.W., and drain it to the Mississippi River through the Huseby property which is the future site of the Mississippi West Regional Park. The drainage area north of this location had experienced flooding in the mid-1980's. The estimated cost of the project is roughly estimated to be $400,000. There has been a commitment by the Deparmaent of Transportation to cost share in this project as it will be draining a portion of Trunk Highway #10.
