FIRE <br /> <br /> CASE # ~ <br />DEPARTMENT RELIEF ASSOCIATION 1992 ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> By: .Jessie L. Hart, Finance Officer <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />Attached is the 1992 Audited Financial Repons for the City of Ramsey Fire Department Relief <br />Association. These reports were audited and prepared by the firm of Malloy, Karnowski, Radosevich & <br />Co., P.A. Included is the report that is filed with the State Auditors office on an annual basis by June 30 <br />of each year. <br /> <br />The major revenue source for the Relief Association is the State Fire Aid which a percentage of dollars <br />collected by the State from insurance premiums. Other revenues consist mainly of fundraising, <br />donations and interest earnings on investments. <br /> <br />Expenditures during the year consisted mainly of those costs associated with fundraising activities and <br />conventions and meetings. <br /> <br />The overall fund balance for the Relief Association, combining both the General and Special Fund was <br />$31,542 at December 31, 1993.
