A copy of the adopted plan shall be filed %'ith the clerk of each member governmental unit. Upon notice and beariD9 as provided for iD adoptiD~ the overall plan, sa~5 plan ma>~ be amended b~' the Board on its own initiative or on the petition of amy memDer governmental unit. The revie%' provisions set forth iD this section are those required by ~inDesota Statutes, Section 103B.23!. if the is~' is amemded, approvals shall be as require5 by la~' and the provisions contained in this section shall be amended accordingly. Subdivision 6. it shall make necessary surveys or utilize other reliable surveys and data and develop projects %o accomplish the purposes for which the Co~iss[on is organized. Subdivision 7. [t may cooperate or contract %~[tb the State of N. innesota or any subdivision thereof or federal agency or private or public organization to accomplish the purposes for k, hich it is organized. Subdivision S. it may order any member governmental unit or units to construct, clean, repair, alter, abandon, consolidate, reclaim or change the course or terminus of any ditch, drain, storm sewer, or ~ater course, natural or artifica!, w~thin~t~he Lower Rum River Watershed. Subdivision 9. it may order any member governmental unit or units to acguire~ operate, construct or maintain dams, dikes, reservoirs and appurtenant works or other improvements necessary to implement the overall -!2 -
