Said Resolution <br />shall be submitted to each member 9overnmenta] unit and if ratified by <br />three-fourths of ~be councils of al3 eligible members within 60 days, said <br />Board shall dissolve the Commission allowin9 a reasonable time to complete <br />work in progress and to dispose of personal property owned by the <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> DISSOLUTION <br /> <br /> XI. <br /> <br /> Upon dissolution of the Commission, all property of the Commission <br />shall be sold and the proceeds thereof, together with monies on hand, shall <br />be distributed zo the eligible members of the Commission. Such <br />distribution of Commission assets shall be made in proportion to the total <br />contribution to the Commission as required by the last ~nn~al budget. <br /> <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br /> XII. <br /> <br /> This agreement shall be in full force and effect upon the filing of <br />a certified copy of the resolution approving said agreement by ~!i four <br />members for the Lower Rum River Watershed area to be 9overned by this <br />Agreement. Said resolution shall be filed with the City Manager of the <br />City of Anoka, who shall notify all members in writing of its effective <br />date.
