the unexpired term of such office. <br /> <br /> 2.8 Quorum' A majority of all voting members to the <br />Organization shall constitute a quorum, but less than a quorum <br />may adjourn a scheduled meeting. <br /> <br /> 2.9 Meetings: Regular meetings of the Organization shall <br />be held at least once per quarter on a day selected by the <br />Organization. Special meetings may be held at the call of the <br />chair or by any two members giving not less than forty-eight (48) <br />hours written notice of the time, place and purpose of such <br />meeting delivered or mailed to the residence of the Organization <br />members. All meetings of the Organization are subject to Minn. <br />Stat.
