After completion of the review"by the Metropolitan Council <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section i03B.23!, Subd. 8, the Commission <br />shall submit the plan to the Minnesota Commissioner-of Natural Resources <br />and the ~iinnesota Pollution Control Agency for review and comment on the <br />consistency of the plan with state laws and rules relating to water and <br />related land resources and to the Board of Water and Soil Resources for <br />review as provided in Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.231, Subd. 9. <br /> <br /> After return of the plan, a copy,,of the plan shall be submitted to <br />each to the members together with a!13: comments of the reviewing <br />author/ties.
