The Commission <br />require from each member 9overnmental unit a commitment in writin9 of the <br />lands which sba'll be so dedicated, includin9 a legal description of the <br />gross area an5 the capacity in acre feet of water storage. No project which <br />%'i!1 channel or divert additional waters to subdistrict and subtrunks %'hich <br />cross municipal boundaries shall be commenced by any member governmental <br />unit prior to approval of the Board of the design of an adequate outlet or of <br />a~e~uate storage facilities. The adequacy of said outlet shall be <br />determined by the Board after consu!t~tions with its professional <br />engineers. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 4. All construction, reconstruction, extension <br />m~intenance of outlets for the various subdistr ict an5 subtrunka, <br />2DCludlD9 outlets, li~t stations, 5ams, reservoirs, or other appurtenances <br />of a surface water or storm sewer system which involve construction by <br />assessment against any member governmental unit or against privately <br />publicly owned land %'ithin the watershed shall follow the statutory <br />procedures outlined in Chapter 42~ of'~th'e Minnesota Statutes except as <br />herein modified. The Board shall secure from' its engineers or some other <br />competent person a report a~visin9 it in a preliminary way as to,berber the <br />proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether ~t sba!! best be <br /> <br /> <br />
