Management Plan meeting the requirements of M.S. Sec. <br /> 475.878. <br /> <br /> The authority to review and approve local ~'ater <br /> management plans a~ provided in ~.S. Sec. 473.879. <br /> The authority of a Watershed District under Minnesota <br /> Statutes, Chapter 112, to regulate the use and <br /> development of the land when one or more of the <br /> fo!io~'ing conditions exist' <br /> <br /> ~ocal government unit exercising planning and zoning <br /> aunhority over land under sections M.S.
