operatin2 budget according to the following formula: <br /> <br /> = the party's percentage share <br /> <br /> of the Organization budget. <br /> <br /> PA = party's area within, the watershed area. <br /> <br /> WA = watershed organization area. <br /> <br /> PV = party's valuation within the watershed area. <br /> <br /> ~ = watershed organization's valuation. <br /> <br /> Subdivision a - Review Services: When the Organization is <br />authorized or requested to undertake a review and submit <br />recommendations to an applicant as provided in this Agreement, <br />the Organization shall conduct such review, without charge, <br />except as provided below. Where the project size and compie×ity <br />of review are deemed by the Organization to be substantial, the <br />Organization may charge a fee for such review services, the <br />amount to be based upon direct and indirent costs attributable to <br />that portion of review services determined by the Organization to <br />be substantial. Where the Organization determines that a fee <br />will be charged {or substantial review services, the applicant to <br />be charged shall receive written notice from the Organization of <br />the services to be performed and the fee therefor, prior to <br />undertaking such review services. Prior to undertaking such <br />review, the applicant' shall pay the review fee. <br /> <br /> 5.8 Annual Accounts: The Orgaq~zation shall make a full <br />and complete financial accounting and report to each party <br />annually.
