Coborn's <br />and the United States Postal Service invite you to join them for the official Ribbon Cutting <br />Ceremony on Friday, May 22nd at 11:OOam at Coborn's 7900 Sunwood Dr. NW, <br />Ramsey. Attached to this Weekly Update is an informational flyer for the Ribbon Cutting <br />Ceremony for the Postal Substation at Coborn's Superstore. <br />Lennar Homes Purchases Country Club Hills. Staff received word that Lennar Homes <br />successfully purchased the Country Club Hills project on May 20, 2015 (future phases of Sweetbay <br />Ridge — old Saint Anthony Gun Club off of Variolite Street). Lennar desires to schedule a pre - <br />construction meeting for next week, and begin tree clearing next week as well. There is a case on <br />next week's agenda to transfer the Development Agreement from Greatland Homes to Lennar <br />Homes. Phase I will have approximately 32 of the 85 overall lots. <br />Tom Brenner of Greatland Homes (seller) noted the excellent experience he had working with our <br />community during the Development Review process. Mr. Brenner noted a positive experience <br />working with a team that functioned well together and was very pleased with the process with the <br />public, the Planning Commission, and the City Council. <br />Construction of Center Street Nears Completion. Construction of Center Street, located within <br />The COR, across from the Ramsey Municipal Center, is nearing completion! The surrounding <br />sidewalks have been laid and the street was paved just yesterday. Street and trail lights will be <br />installed within the next few weeks, and the project will be completed in July.
