Upon <br />completion of the meeting, staff was directed to compile three questions and disseminate <br />them to all City Council members, Department Heads and Supervisors requesting their <br />input. <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of the memo written to Department Heads and Supervisory personnel, <br />Ryan's 1992 employment contract and his 1992 performance appraisal.
