CASE # 2 <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FOR CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />RYAN SCHROEDER <br /> BY: Kay McAIoney, Personnel Coordinator <br /> <br />Backgrotmd: <br /> <br />During the January 6, 1993 Special City Council meeting staff was directed to compile three <br />questions and disseminate them to Department' Heads and Supervisors requesting their input. At <br />the February 9, 1993 Negotiations Committee meeting it was decided that all City Council <br />members should be present and scheduled a meeting for February 16, 1993. <br /> <br />A Special City Council meeting was held at which time it was decided after discussion that the <br />Negotiating Committee should review 1993 wages and benefits with the Exempt personnel at the <br />March 3, 1993 Negotiating Committee Meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Based on discussion. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Based on discussion. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />Personnel Coordinator <br /> <br />NC: 3/2/93 <br /> <br /> <br />
