CITY OF RAMSEY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, LOCAL #109 CITY'S RESPONSE TO LELS OPENING POSITION March 22, 1993 Article 7 - Standby LELS would like to change wording to read "the employee shall receive two hours straight pay" instead of the flat $32.00. The City proposes no increase in the fiat dollar amount for 1993. The City proposed no increase in the fiat dollar amount for 1994. Article 17.3 - Holidays LELS would like to include 3 additional holidays in this section from 7 to 10 holidays that would paid at 1 1/2 times, when worked. The City proposes to leave the holidays paid at 1 1/2 times, when worked, at 7 for 1993. The City proposes to increase the holidays paid at 1 1/2 times, when worked, to 8 for 1994. Article 18 - Insurance LELS proposed increasing the monthly insurance contribution from $250 to $280 per month. The City proposes to increase the monthly insurance contribution from $250 to $265 per month, which is the same as ail other employee groups for 1993. The City proposes to increase the monthly insurance contribution for 1994 consistent with the AFSCME bargaining unit and Exempt personnel. Article 19 - Clothing and Uniforms LELS would like to include footwear/boots as pan of the duty uniform. It also would like to increase the Investigator's Allowance from $100 to $125 per month. The City proposes to not change the duty uniform to include footwear/boots for 1993. It further proposes to leave the Investigator's Allowance at $100 per month for 1993.
