Enclosed for your review: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br /> <br />Site Location Map I and II <br />Ramsey Commons 2nd Addition Plat Sketch <br />City Staff Review Letter dated December 28, 1992 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends dedicating to the City a 35 ft. wide walkway connecting the 148th Lane N.W. <br />cul-de-sac to County Road 85 with a general alignment to the existing 148th Lane N.W. west of <br />County Road #5, and that, in addition to the general requirements of turf establishment and <br />permanent boundary marker location, the developer shall be required to construct and complete an <br />8 ft. bituminous walkway connecting 148th Lane N.W. and County Road #5 not to exceed five <br />percent (5%) in grade. And further, that park dedication will be satisfied in cash based upon the <br />minimum cash due at the time of final plat approval. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend to City Council to require dedicating to the City a 35 ft. wide walkway <br />connecting the 148th Lane N.W. cul-de-sac to County Road #5 with a general alignment to the <br />existing t48th Lane N.W. west of County Road #5, and that, in addition to the general <br />requirements of turf establishment and permanent boundary marker location, the developer shall be <br />required to construct and complete an 8 ft. bituminous walkway connecting 148th Lane N.W. and <br />County Road #5 not to exceed five percent (5%) in grade.
